How Do I Place An Order?
Once you’ve chosen a loveable plush to carry your personalized communication, simply record your message in one of the three following ways:
Add your personal voice message via our website and provide us the name & address of the recipient you wish us to ship to. (A Microphone is required to record via our website)
Or
Provide us the name & address of the recipient you wish us to ship your Chattergram to. Call our 24 Hour automated toll-free telephone number to record your message, and we take care of the rest
Or
Receive your plush with a blank recording card. Record and send your Chattergram at anytime
Whichever option you choose, a Chattergram is a unique and personal way to deliver a heartfelt message to friends, families, business associates, and anyone who is special to you.
About Recording:
Q: I don’t have a microphone. Can I record a message?
A: When you get to the recording point of your order, you will have the options of either recording your message on our website or via our automated telephone system. Or you may want to have your Chattergram and blank recorder tag sent to you to be recorded at your leisure (no special hardware or software required).
Note: you may be surprised to find you do have a microphone built into your computer speakers.
Q: Am I limited as to what I can record?
A: You are only limited in the time of the message, which is 20 seconds. This may not sound long, but 85% of the messages we send out are under 15 seconds. The only other limitation is the exclusion of profanity. We reserve the right to refuse any message deemed to be profane.
Q: What if I don’t want to record a message at this time?
A: Upon placing your order, you will have the option of “not recording” a message at that time. You will be sent your Chattergram with a special blank recorder tag that can easily be used to record your message at any time (no special hardware or software required).
