When I first opened the package, I was so taken by the fact my fiancé had remembered the day we met for the first time but then I heard his voice telling me that “the day we met was the most important day of his life”, well, I was speechless. Aston is currently serving his country and won’t be home for another 6 months. To be able to listen to his soothing voice every night helps keep me warm until he returns. I’m not much of a gift guy. I usually wait till the last minute, and then send flowers or candy. I always get the same polite “Thanks, it was beautiful” reply. Well, this time as usual, I waited until a day before my sister’s birthday to send a gift. I read about your company in a magazine and thought I’d give it a try. I called first to be sure you could get the gift to my sister by the next day. A very polite young lady said it would not be a problem. She even gave me her email address and said to send her an email after I placed the order, and she would take care of it personally. I did just that, and low and behold my sister called me the following afternoon. She asked half jokingly if I still had my job in that she was so impressed with the time and thought I put into her gift. Chalk one up for the Internet.

We used your service/product for the first time to send birth announcements of our new baby girl. Since this was the first time using your service, we sent only 10 Chattergram announcements and the remaining 25 using traditional cards. I announced little Tabatha’s arrival using a cuddly pink teddy, bearing a recording of her making baby sounds in the background. Of the 10 Chattergrams we sent to friends and family, 8 of those called me within a day of receiving them and all expressed how moved they were by the true personal nature of the announcements. As for the 25 traditional cards I sent, I think we got about 5 or 6 calls within the past 2 weeks. Needless to say, I will never hesitate to use your service the next time I want to share a special moment with my loved ones.
